2. Dismember the chords.
3. Extract the melody.
4. Bury the notes.

Lindsay Stern lives in New York City, thirteen stories up. Occasionally, she drops letters through the window of her room. Her first book, a novella, is forthcoming from Scrambler Books in 2012.
