Jen Besemer came of age in the murky snow-globe of late-'80s Buffalo, New York. Earning degrees in creative writing at Antioch College, Jen has lived in Ohio and Washington, DC before settling in Chicago, where she lives and collaborates with her husband, artist/musician/carpenter Rupert Glimm. She teaches writing at Northeastern Illinois University.
