PANK would like to remind you lest you forget…

1. PANK and DOGZPLOT are having a reading in Denver during AWP. It’s called DOGZPANK. Get it? It’s going to be bitchin’. You should come.

2. Also at AWP, PANK is hosting a table at the bookfair (Exhibit Hall A, E10, whatever that means). We can’t decide on whether we should go for Most Arrogant & Dismissive or Miss Congeniality, but we’re leaning toward the latter. You should stop by and chat us up, help us keep it real.

3. ALSO at AWP, Roxane and I pontificate panel-style: “The In Sound from Way Out: Submission to Publication. (Margaret Bashaar, Aaron Burch, James Grinwis, Roxane Gay, M. Bartley Seigel, and  Jenn Woods) Editors from five eclectic little magazines—Bateau, Hobart, Lumberyard, PANK, and Weave—unpack their editorial projects and processes, quirks and anomalies, across genres, and invite questions to initiate dialogue among panel and audience members.” We’ll also talk about ripping off the Beastie Boyz, what we had for breakfast, how much we’ll drink for lunch, how fast Roxane drives, and other things. I jest. But you NEED to hear about those other things, for realz. Need I say awesome? You should come to this, too, edumacate yerself.

4. We’re currently accepting chapbook submissions. Buy and read Aaron Burch’s HTTYAHTMYA to see how we roll and because it is—wait for it—awesome. You should be next.

5.  PANK is giving away a t-shirt to some lucky shopper at the PANK Store. You would look so sexy in our t-shirt, like smokin’, like just-rip-it-right-back-off-you-and-give-you-a-shoulder-rub sexy. You should go buy something, maybe you’ll win.

6. Our own March madness is underway. Dare I say awesome again? I dare. Awesome. AWESOME! You should read PANK’s March issue. Totally.
